POV: you just signed up as a client as mine. Here’s what that looks like

So I’m guessing you saw one of my amazing pieces of content floating around on social media or one of my blogs popped up in your search. Let’s break down what it looks like to be a client of mine.

Discovery

After reviewing your inquiry form, you’ll schedule a discovery call to discuss how I can best serve your business. You’ll spill everything you’re going through, and I’ll do my best to provide a concise elevator pitch, recommending the service I believe would best serve you.

You’ll be sent a proposal, a contract and become an official client.

Onboarding

Once you have officially booked your start date, we gotta lay some things out. I’ll send you a detailed questionnaire where you’ll be able to further explain everything going on in your business. I’ll now be able to take your answers to better implement your vision for your brand.

Once the questionnaire is complete, we have our official first meet-up at our Kick-Off Call.

Kick-Off

This Kick-Off Call is likely one of the most important meetings during our time together. I make sure I have understood your questionnaire answers and that we are on one accord. If there is anything I hate, it’s a lot of back and forth and long email threads.

With this call, we will prevent any future confusion regarding the vision of your project.

Creative Process

I’ll go off and complete your copy, and you can relax. Depending on the service you chose, this first draft can take 1-2 weeks.

Once I complete the first draft, you’ll be able to take time to review the copy I wrote. You will then give me feedback in the most detailed way possible. I will provide a feedback guidelines sheet. Like I mentioned above, I want to prevent too much back and forth. The more detailed your feedback, the better I can fix what you don’t like.

I’ll review your feedback and make the necessary changes, then voila. You’ll receive your final draft, and it’s Offboarding time.

Offboarding

The final hoorah! Offboarding is the time to ask your final questions about your copy. Ensure you are confident in your launch and feeling good about the service I provided. Now this isn’t goodbye, because now you’re stuck with me. I love keeping up with my past clients' brands. So expect a lot of cheers and praise on your brand's social media comments and dm’s
